Your questions answered

Here are some answers to our customers frequently asked questions
Can you make specific furniture and joinery to order?

Yes, bespoke joinery, furniture and steel fabrication is a key part of our business. We can design and produce bespoke one-off pieces or can accomodate larger manufacturing runs for commercial and retail clients.

What areas in New Zealand do you cover?

Our distribution network covers most of New Zealand. Note though that freight charges will apply.

Can you help with the design process?

Yes, our head designer Mark Evans will be able to assist with providing initial designs, 3D visuals, samples of materials and advice on finishes. We are able to provide comprehensive renders and skeletal views of joinery to help give you a better understanding of the end product(s). Some design fees may apply depending on the size and scope of your project.

What types of finishes can you supply?

Our skilled team are highly experienced and extremely flexible in being able to source and work with most materials. We can produce joinery items and furniture in natural wood, laminate (HPL/LPL), ply, polished, painted, powder coated steel, veneers and formica, or can source a specialist timber or material to produce the finish you require.

Can I get competitive quotes?

Our quoting team take pride in pricing our products competitively, however, we don’t cut corners or take shortcuts to lower our pricing. Our pricing will reflect the pride, time, energy, focus and attention we put into everything we produce. That said, we find that our clients agree that our cost structure is keen but our products are of a quality that more than justifies the cost.

Do you deal directly with the public or just design specifiers?

We deal with end user clients together with specifiers, architects, construction companies and interior designers. Some clients know precisely what they need, while for others we can offer our design consultancy service to help guide them through the options of what is available.
